2 -When you using c2d.exe for make flashDEX.bin and ask the number for rewrite your IDPS using the number for your region (my is 85 "EUROPE")

                        82 (DEX/DEBUG) (default)

                    83 (JAPAN)

                    84 (USA/CANADA)

                    85 (EUROPE)

                    86 (KOREA)

                    87 (UK)

                    88 (MEXICO)

                    89 (AUSTRALIA/NZ)

                    8A (SE ASIA)

                    8B (TAIWAN)

                    8C (RUSIA/ASIA)

                    8D (CHINA)

                    8E (HONG KONG)

3 - After you make a DEX file using Rebug Toolbox and rewrite your ID "REWRITE YOUR ID FLASH" option and after spaw in CEX mode with "SPAW LV2 KERNEL" option.

4 - For access PSN using REBUG MODE with spoof 4.31!!!! You are done....!!!
