No because most people are thinking it is only for 4.30 most people are updating to 4.30 and I did not know this either.So if people want to know here it is.

rebug 4.21 spoof to 4.30 but i can not find the spoof to 4.31 :/

It will spoof it for you.Install it then switch to rebug in the rebug toolbox.

I make it it restart i go to toolbox switched to rebug and still 4.31

Well you are not on 4.21 and if you are on 4.30 cfw is different.So are you sure you are 4.21?

Yes im on rebug 4.21 but its spoofed to 4.31
