(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); ok most of you know that If you put the E3 FLASHER on the phat if you get lucky it will work but there one downside The Chip is upsidedown which makes the Chip Clip on the Nor Unclip So i will provide what you need to Fix that Problem During The backup Process You get the 3 lights flashing Telling that the chip isnt on Good Nuff

ok what you want is to take OFF the e3 flasher Chip off the Nor CAREFULLY Then
GET some White stuff of this Hard Foam It can been found in fruit Boxes or such PHOTO below
ok once done outline and cut the foam to match the chip size
Then once done that put the e3 flasher clip on If you didnt Hear Any Clicks its Not on TRY again or go with you luck
Then put the Foam on the chip then put sticky tape just to be sure that it doesnt move it has to bring the motherborad a litte bit up so theres a litte force to the chip Ok when done put ps3 back together and try to backup your Nor
