but there is no lag it disconnects right away
im using belkin n1 routor
i typed ip address in manual
10BASE-T Half-Duplex
MTU 1500
No Proxy And UPnP enabled
i need to find out what to do about it

If that's the case, the only thing you can do is put the switch between your router and modem, or if you are unable to do that then buy a network switch:

Modem----(s)----Router--------PS3

or

Modem-----------Router----(s)----Network Switch---------PS3
