PS3 ON CFW Rebug Or PS3ITA is Best Option
Private Console ID
PSNOPE
USB

1st Step Convert Your PS3 To Dual Settings (Link Below) "Warning It may not work for you"

2nd Step Download Files Provided By Me
3rd Place the folder in the RAR file in the root of your usb called PSNOPE make sure its the folder!
4th Step Open the folder and find the txt file in there and open it Your Will See Place Console ID HERE!
5th Install psnope on your ps3 and make sure your usb is in the right slot and press on psnope once installed
"If You Freeze Your ID could be Invaild"
6th step Going Online This is very important
NEVER USE HOMEBREW SUCH AS Muiltman Once Online

For RTM Modding Tools.
If you did my dual connection method just turn your wifi OFF on your Laptop/Computer

For SPRX This Can Be a bit tricky

Install the Users SPRX and make sure you set your id to a fake one when using this using CCAPI Control Console App By Enstone To Stop the SPRX sending out your Console ID

Mac Address Can Be Stolen ATM We Cannot Change The Mac Address Without 3.55

This Method Has Be Proven With Many People I Helped in the Past Theres IDS are in the big months!
