Hello once again fellow NGU members, I created this tool because I didn't have PSNSTUFF on my laptop that I was using and was looking for the link to a PKG, so one thing led to another and here we are. Thought I would also let you guys use it as it would be helpful. The main benefit to it is you do not need the program and can do this anywhere.

Basically, all you do is type in the Game-ID (ex: BLUS30377) in the box and it will show the current or required update(s) needed to play the game. This can be useful for wanting to get the PKG for extracting or other unique and various reasons.

No Offense , But there are already sites for this kind of thing.
EX : ps3pkg.de.vu and yifan.lu/psn are some examples.

I personally use that tool that redeye made a while back that searches and downloads the PKGs directly from PSN.
