We wouldn't be able to modify the firmware, because the backup only gives us access to dev_hdd0, nothing else. And the firmware files are not stored on the HDD.

the only things i can see possilbe is some1 who firgures out the Eboot Keys to make our own so you can host gta v lobbys or whatever

Um no you can't toggle QA flagging by modifying the Registry...
