(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); open filezilla.. go to dev_hdd0 then game then BLJS10018... kay in there you will find a cfg file.. drag it to ur desktop & open it with notepad then go to where it says idps & put the unbanned console id u have if ur banned or put the real console id if you're not then go to where it says 0466 & change that to 0470 then save... now go back to filezilla & overwrite the old cfg file with the new one & then quit rebug toolbox or multiman or whatever ftp server you're using & launch psn patch then press select to go into cobra toolbox then if you see an option to disable current spoof version do that & your ps3 will restart then relaunch psn patch & press select again & you'll see an option to spoof to 4.70.. press triangle then start to save & ur ps3 will restart again but this time you will be on 4.70! go check! now all u needa do is use ccapi if ur banned to change ur console id to the valid one & sign in! (PSN: oSoLegendary)

if you are banned open up cfg file & change console id to the new one you have then change 0466 to 0470 then save & replace, if you are not banned use sen enabler to find out your idps (console id) & put it in the cfg file then change 0466 to 0470 then save & replace.
