- Download CFW Setup v4.9.9
- Install it on your PS3
- Run it
- Message will ask if you want to switch to CEX to be able to go online
- Click Yes ( You will need to do this every time you log on )
- It doesn't really change you to CEX
- You will be taken to a screen
- Select the option ”Install Spoof 4.70″
