2.Connect Your Hard drive to your Computer
3. Format your ps3 Hd to Fat32
4. Put your hd back in your ps3
5. Reinstall the last cfw you had on your ps3
6. downgrade your ps3 to 3.55 using 999 downgrader
7. reinstall any cfw you want
Then you are done!
