Is there anything I can do to get unbanned on the ofw console?

Not sure how you are gonna do this, but the only way probably to do it is to somehow change your cid while on OFW. Good luck with that anyways.

What kind of ban?

Is this a ban from sony? Can you sign into psn or no?
if you try to sign into psn and it says "this console is banned or temporarily suspended from Playstation etc", then there is nothing you could do except jailbreak the ofw and then use something such as idpset to permanently set a valid CID to the console. Then you could go to ofw and be unbanned if you wanted..

A ban from Treyarch would only stop you from playing their game on their servers (online)..
The few possible bans they would be using to stop you from playing their game online would be:

IP ban
You can get around this by changing your public IP address

Mac ban
You can get around this by changing your ps3 mac address or spoofing it with homebrew such as SENenabler

CID ban
You will need to set a valid CID to your console
or
account ban
You will need to create a new account

You probably can upload the new cid into the system using multiman or FileZilla then go back to ofw... Need a little more info on your situation
