You could:

Use a keyboard, without full control
Use RemotePlay, would be laggy
Use PC+Keyboard+Webman, not a good solution

But unless the game supports it, I don't think you can use them fully.

How can I set up the Webman to do that?

If you have the web interface enabled, open the IP address of the PS3 and see if it opens the webman page.
