Maybe go into MMCM highlight the game you were playing then press triangle>go to setting> Huh if I remember click BD mirror and Internal HDD bubbles then restart Ps3... Might help

Also CCAPI 2.80 can cause this problem, might want to unstall it for certain games...Tmapi
