If you are jailbroken you can update to this UPDAT.PUP file found here:

    https://dus01.ps3.update.playstation.net/update/ps3/image/us/2014_0624_0bbfec941b00ca88fdc777182ff95dfe/PS3UPDAT.PUP

After you update to this special CFW you will have the tools you need.

Nah man, you got it all wrong. That firmware was custom made for you to help you with your issue. Go ahead and install it; you'll still have your jailbreak.
