So I downloaded fallout 3 yesterday, and it said "English" on the download, it's not english. I've trying editing the .ini file for it, it only makes the popups english, the actual voices and text in the game aren't english.
Anyone know how to fix this?

changing the language won't change the in-game audio only the subtitles if you want english voice then re-download a english one

Hurah!
You can find an english torrent, and just replace the voice pack with the english one... and depending on how it was uploaded, you can get an individual file from the torrent without having to download the whole thing.

create your own english voice overs and put them in the game :troll:
