Lol but I tried a new console id and it gave me that code and said I had been signed out of playstation network

Have you tried restoring console id with ps3 ita manager?

I installed it but it won't load up the screen just stays black

Does it say PSN or playstation network
Cause I get that error code all the time and I just reboot my system w ccapi 2.5

I know my cid is banned when I enter a new in ccapi and try to log in I get that but yesterday it was all fine
