My question is: should i buy a new ps3 or upgrade to a ps4?
I don't really know, i don't have any experience with the ps4 and what to expect.

As far as I know, PS4 requires you to pay for online-access. I don't have a PS4, but even still, a PS3 is best
You could always get a jailbroken PS3

Really?? Paying for online access just sounds stupid! I have always loved the ps3 about that part, probably i will go that way again.
