(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My PC internet speed test always is above 120/10
On PS3 i always get less than 26/6
Both devices connect to same router via Ethernet.

I just tested this myself.
My desktop gets around 40 down and 11 up. However my PS3 seems to be capped at around 25-26 down & 6 up. (both being wired, not on WiFi.)
