if getting error with cfw, you probably need to delete and reinstall the store also you need to be using stealth homebrews as the store scans hdd. disabling syscalls and history. also can you even log into psn?

Your are most likely on Rebug and the PS store doesn't work on Rebug.

store does work on rebug. im using it.

Are you on CEX or DEX? PS Store never worked for me while on DEX.

im using 4.65.2 d rex.

lv2 kernel : dex
target type : dex
environment : np
system mode : rebug
cobra mode : enabled
xmb operation : debug

if using psm store you must disable syscalls (emulate ofw) & delete history! also you need to set the idps (console id) to the non DEX variant as your console ID with the DEX number will be incorrect.

eg, if your console id is

0000000100870008140AAF9A79149AAB

in dex mode it will be

0000000100820008140AAF9A79149AAB

you need to restore it from 2 back to 7 using something like idpsset, sen enabler, psn patch or ita manager etc.
