Make sure the acc is linked to the ps3. You can do that in the acc settings. You can link a max. of 2 ps3's to one acc.

If it let you download the game it was not used for more then 2 PS3's these people who commented are dumb LOL. Download a EBOOT for your firmware. That will fix it.
