It says that there is a time out while connecting to the server.

How can i fix this problem? i already tried with ethernet cable and just whireless but nothing helps...

Go to debug settings (under network settings on the xmb) and go to NP environment and change it to "np".

if its not the np env setting its because they are using dex idps (invalid idps in this case) or simply an invalid idps.

My console id was banned before the formatting thing maybe its that? What do you use the change your console id?

find a redundant console jailbreak it or grab the idps off it via network. or buy one.

you can buy one, get a public CID from another website (working a few hours if you lucky) or get the CID from your OFW console if you have one
