There's a way to bypass your birthday. Google "PS3 BYPASS BIRTHDAY NEXTGENUPDATE) and it should come up. You can try that. Or, I think if the account is still on the PS3, you can possibly get it back by calling SONY or going on live chat support on their site by providing your PS3 serial #, but again, they might ask for BirthDate.
