Is your PS3 loud? Can you hear the fan more than usual?

Nvm I fixed it I just unplug it and now its fast again but thanks anyways and the fan is loud because I have it at 100% lol

STEPS TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE RECOVERY MENU

Turn off your PlayStation 3 so you see the glowing red light.
Turn on your PlayStation 3 and HOLD the power button. Keep holding until it turns off.
Now turn it on again but this time it will be a little different. Press and hold the power button and you will hear. one Beep, one Beep, then two quick Beeps at this point release the power button. If you release it to late it will just turn off again. Return to step 2 if this happens.
You will be greeted with a screen asking you to connect a controller with a USB cable. Connect your controller with a USB cable.
Congratulations, you've made it to the PlayStation 3's Recovery menu.
