do you have a save with all multiplayer trophies? also does your save unlock the professional playthrough and minimal damage trophies?

why not just try it n see what it pops mate
then list the trophies it pops so no1 has to ask what it pops
id do it myself but i dont have the game atm

I just tested and after defeating the final boss it only gives the complete the game, beat the cemetery level and the nice shooting tex trophies.

did you have any before though?

its advised to test on accounts with no trophies to see the exact amount given
