Ok this one works 100%
just replace the param.pfd and the rage.sav by ftp
do not replace Param.SFO cause this contains your psn id and you need it for the save to be legit

on start up it gives you the key to the city Golden Trophy

I unlocked Key To The City, and didn't mess with it beyond that. I did not get the trophies for doing things like all the pigeons and stunt jump or anything.
