Yes. Create a save on ac2 then copy it to your usb. After that open it on your pc and copy the save over to the file on your usb. When it asks if its ok to replace press yes. Then put your usb stick in your ps3 and copy back.

btw where did you find this save? Link me pl0000000000000000000x?
