I'm currently on 3.55 kmeaw CFW and I am thinking of changing to a re-bug firmware.While offline I got a few platinum trophies. I was wondering if you keep your trophies which aren't updated to PSN after updating/changing FW. Also is there a way to sync trophies without updating?

Yes you do keep all of you trophies after an update so no worries there. Although, as of now there is no way to sync trophies without updating to 3.60.
