There's Not a Possible way that i know at the moment, Even with PSN down now. I think you need a ReBug CFW to be able to get online. (After PSN gets back up)

Rebug isn't hard, and the exploit for mw2 mods is in the game not the servers or service, so security won''t fix it. You will be able to play with others on retail game servers hopefully still when psn gets back up via my dns (see pcfreak30.com). In 1.12 GSC is patched, so no CL's. You can do unlock all/10th/11th, but only to yourself, although xp mods work..

in 1.12 your stuck to CFG mods...

You would probably need the PS3ITA CFW to go online. I haven't tryed it since i'm on 3.60, but it SHOULD work.
