Also shouldn't it come with profile save data?

you cant copy others saves, if you want to do that you need either a jb ps3 or the xploder cheat system

Op For Dragon Rising you could copy other same games to your own on OFW, but you need to replace files from your own save into the copied one (forget which ones). Im pretty sure that the save games i used was from this site but was some time ago, and you did have to do some faffing with it, wasnt an auto pop of all trophies.
