it is impossible to get a us save file for sims 3 becasue no one has one on these forums, the only way you are going to get one is if you have a cfw ps3 and a us version of the game to create a save file and extract it via ftp, other than that you can't do it any other way, all sims 3 save files are pal files, there is not much you can do, i can't help you becasue i have pal version too.
