What Does resigning Do?

It lets you use someones level 50 spec ops save... on your PSN account, because if you just try and copy the save to your account it won't let you, so xploder gets the other persons save and resigns it to your account (so bascally its your save) I only just bought it so I'm still learning how to use it lol
