ok, go to career, load up my fighter, "BEN" continue the career on load up a few trophies will pop. then win the last fight againts Dan Henderson to get the other trophies. just keep head kicking the crap out of him if your struggling, but it is easy.

doing little bits to trigger certain trophies you can get well over 60%
play one online fight to get, about 5 trophies, finish career as BEN to get more, play one exhibition fight to get roster run through. etc.
