Don't think there is one, you don't want to play the campaign all over again? You can just beat the last level on superhuman and you get the trophy also...

I dont want to play the game on hard just to unlock super human so im wondering if any one has the file

Nah, you dont get eh OMGWTFBBQ! trophy by doing that, you need to finish the entire game on Superhuman to get that. I'll try and see if i can find a save for you. Or wil upload mine when I get home later tonight. I have it unlocked. Only a couple of levels left to do on Superhuman to get the trophy.

What i know is that you just have to delete the game data after you’ve unlocked superhuman difficulty and then play the last stage(not checkpoints, starting from the start) without updating the game.
Playing in offline and disabling internet connection.

Actually I got OMGWTFBBQ the same way, but I started form the Last Checkpoint on the Last chapter with Superhuman difficulty. After deleting game patch and Game data and selecting "NO" to download patch.
