I can't seem to kill that last boss either. I think it is a problem of the strange movement controls for Silent hill, I just can't get used to having to push the stick to the side to turn and then pushing the stick forward to move forward without being able to turn. I must have tried 20 times already but I can never get away from the flames .... would you be able to do it for me too?

Ok bro follow this instruction and you will do it veeeery easy. From the menu get the submachine gun and use only that. Go all the way int the back of the room stay in the middle and start shooting. Soon the head goes down shoot him in the face just a little the stop and when you see the flames coming move fast to the left or right ones and again if the second flame comes. This boss will last for like half hour. Flames at the beginning will be slow then fast then slow again. Do not use the strafe button its useless.
