This is a platinum save for the game Move Fitness (BCES01337). The game has no DLC so should work in all regions.
I have only tested it a bit, but since I already had alot of trophies unlocked, I can't guarantee it will pop anything. If people can test and tell us if they can unlock anything (and how they did it).

I know for a fact you can get the 2 silver trophies that requires you to play every type of training and all pre-set training programs just by playing one once.

During these i didn't unlock Calories burned or 1000 arm points etc. Also tried reaching 1 goal, but no luck unlocking anything.
