Play Game -> Multiplayer Game -> Create Game -> Conquest - Sinner's Gulch -> X Create Game -> X Start Game

I played a match (2 rounds) where it was just me and nothing popped at the end and then I played another match (2 rounds) and someone joined for 1 round but left at the beginning of the 2nd round and at the end nothing popped again.
