Someone posted a 100% save but it didnt work for me it only gave me chapters 1-2 and 4a and didnt unlock anything like all endings when I beat the game.
Also if someone has a 100% for #4 please upload.

Saves dont working for both games. You will never find saves who worked for unlocking trophys. Must be doing be yourself
