This is not a particularly hard trophy to obtain but one that's easily missed because if you didn't pick-up 1 of the 10 Bio-Formulas during your play-through you cant back track to get it later, meaning you would have to restart the whole game again.

All the 10 Hero Upgrades have been collected, just continue the game for a minute or 2 until you come to an Augmentor Station, go into Hero Perks and purchase FORGE, the trophy should then pop.
