Could i hack the save with xploder? The save is locked. I dont know the downloaded games region. Is it the same like the disc based version? Thanks the answers in advance

No it wll not work the trial trophies will not snyc to sony servers untill u activate it ie buying it.

You can trophies with Full Game Trial using Xploder

You can get trophies on full game trials, I've done it before. Just use xploder.
