By going into fitness mode you unlock:

Shape up - Reach fitness factor 50
Iron constitution - Reach fitness factor 70
Dream body - Reach fitness factor 100


Complete one race in Arcade mode:

Tuning addict- Unlock all vehicle accessories
Fashion addict - Unlock all costumes
Finish line - Finish Arcade mode
Globetrotter 2 - Cover more than 30 miles
Globetrotter -Cover more than 20 miles
Discipline and willpower - Reach a program's forth week
Pedal pro - Exceed 60 000 points
Flying ace - Exceed 15 000 points
Bold adventurer - Exceed 70 000 points
Star on ice - Exceed 35 000 points
Super copter - Finish a race in less than 120 seconds
Speed of light - Finish a race in less than 240 seconds
Ice Fusion - Finish a race in less than 260 seconds

Yeah never heard of this game lol

Its a fitness game which includes a full size Exercise bike , was only out in Australia but they released in EU through a few retailers like Sainsburys, Amazon.
Retails for £120, bike is ok nothing special, the 1st game was out on the Wii.

Ah I remember now I saw this on ps3trophies.org awhile ago thanks for clearing this up lol
