No. You can hex edit it to help you get the plat. You must do 1 playtrough ( almost one ) on recruit. Do 1 Spec Ops Mission ( No need to win) And follow a guide for the misc trophies.

Or, you can pay for a MW2 Lobby and then it'll be instant I believe.
