Once loading the save you can choose to jump down off the platform and battle Darth Vader or run ahead to battle the Emperor.
I haven't tested this save yet, but should work with at least Xploder, so in theory this should unlock the Apprentice and Sith Warrior difficulty trophies after beating either bosses.
Also beating Vader should get you the Revenge trophy and beating the Emperor should get the Redemption trophy.

Of course its possible to get more too with this save... I assume. There are 2 games on this save, you can load my easy one (1st game) too via Load Game, I got all of my other trophies with this game and rushed the Medium game (3rd save).
Let me know if the save works and if any other trophies pop.

Good to see new people contributing I already have a full plat save set that I currently use The problem, however, of just getting "medium" is the fact that the user will have to ultimately beat the game on Sith Master (hardest) difficulty if they ever want the platinum.

It would be great if someone posted Sith Master difficulty save at the last checkpoint.

Why not just beat the game on Sith Master using the health glitch?

I'm tried playing this on sith master and to be honest I quit. I guess I'm burned out with game, so I've moved on to something else. But if or when I come back to this game, I'll make sure I post the save
