Please Gimme a Quick Tutorial Or Something I Really Appreciate!! Also I Use MAC

Get the save you want on your usb stick then put it on your PC/laptop right click and send to zip.

Go to media fire create a free account, click on my files at the top of the page, then to the left it will say upload, click that.
After that a box should appear, in the left bottom corner of the box the is a +, click that, then another box should appear, on the left click desktop and locate your zip file then press open, then it will show in the first box that opened so click begin upload
