Depends on the game. Some games yes, some games you still have to do the required action to unlock a specific trophy.

i managed to play 1 game on spec ops as all the trophys involving them seemed to unlock, but i need the campaign, any help?

Now, I've never played MW2 (yeah... "boo" "hiss" on snoova, lol): by "campaign," do you mean story related trophies or are you talking difficulty trophies? For difficulty trophies, it's like PyRo posted above -- if it's a Platinum save, then just play one level (any level or the last level - again - depends on the game) on any difficulty and you should get all of the difficulty trophies. If it's STORY-related trophies (chapter trophies, etc.), then Xploder usually won't help out.

Always, ALWAYS - your best bet is to play through a game that has chapter-specific trophies LEGIT on either Easy or Normal and THEN use Xploder for story-related saves. Hope that helps out!
