Hi people.

I don't even know how to ask for this. I've seen people with very modified weapons ingame on PS3. Apparently it started with CFW players modding their saves with the Dev Menu to get thousand rounds firearms that managed to get into normal OFW sessions. Right now a new batch of billion rounds weapons arrived and I'm curious how it's done.

If possible can people extract a savegame usable in something similar to DISE to mod the saves? I read somewhere that Xbox and PS3 saves have similar info on them, so it should be possible to use DISE as long as there is the *.sav file

My backpack already has all of those thousand round weapons and a lot of the modded mellee stuff but I want to try and make my own items. Share the knowledge!!! ehehehe

Thanks for the link. Before posting I did search this and other forums and had already read through that thread, but thanks again for the effort.

The player that developed DISE says it could be possible to edit PS3 Dead Island as long as there's some files similar to the XBox ones, I assume it's the *.sav file but that one should only be available for CFW users I think.

So that's why I'm asking if someone can access their consoles or Dead Island files and see if they can extract something like that.

Btw, those new guns with billion rounds, should be missing from all the Dead Island saves around since I think they arrived ingame not so long ago.
