you can hack your gamesaves and get the trophies, but you wont be able to sync as long as youre on CFW to sync you must be on OFW.

yes you can plat any game with jailbreak you can upgrade and downgrade your ps3 to sync

you CAN sync your trophies even if youre on CFW like i do, better inform before post ;P with 4.31 spoof, do this since i can remember and not get banned... oh... i dont play Online with the CFW one !!!
