1. What is this Xploder thing (i know what CFW is)
2. Can you still hack trophies without CFW and this Xplorer thing

"Xploder Ultimate Edition" is new software where it can resign any game save to your profile. Which means, you can get those hard to earn trophies or even a quick platinum by using "save-sets" which people upload here now.

But can you do it without CFW

Yep, You don't need CFW at all to use Xploder, I have OFW it works perfectly. Once you resign a game save that you found on here... to your Profile, pop it on a usb and it will overwrite your existing save on your PS3. Your basically transferring a game save that's it.
