1. is there a hack and or cheat which i can use for black ops 2 using this??

2. i understand this is a way to make someone else's saves yours.. so i am guessing it should have the ability to edit the saves in a way where we have max ammo, max health, or in games like Call Of Duty.. having max XP. So.. can we do that?? does a file like this exist anywhere? if there is a way.. may I please have a link to the tutorial? or if the file exist could you please link me to it??

Assassins Creed 3, Max Payne 3, Far Cry 3 and Black Ops 2.

Theres a max money mod for ac3 at gamegenie

Max XP? I'm assuming you are talking about MP. I don't think any of the saves floating around work in MP matches. Maybe in zombies. I know for sure Game Genie does not tolerate online hacking or mods. I don't know about Xploder tho.
