the level saves (except the 6 and 7) dont contain param.sfo files and they have .DS_store files and the Xploder couldnt handle them. I resigned the level 6 save than i copied the param.sfo file to the level 3 save, i resigned it again and the ps3 says corrupted data
What could I do?

You copy everything in the files but the .SFO, that is the reason you are getting corrupted.

so i have to copy the files without param.sfo? but when i did it last time the xploder didnt see the save
i tried to copy every file into my save, than resigned and i got corrupted file again :'(

Yeah I think the .SFO files are tied to the users account so it won't recognise your own .SFO if you put theirs in yours, if that makes sense. I've used the saves before they work fine.
