I bought the Xploder at Amazon for my son's birthday, unfortunately it did not work with the Key in the Box it says the key is already registered to a different user and it needs to be reactivated!

I wrote a ticket to the Support.... I wrote the admins in the xploder forum but no answer what is not surprising they was not online for weeks.

How long you had to wait until the support react on your ticket or is this xploder thing a scam?

It is definitely not a scam... but the customer support is very very poor.
You are better off calling the phone number they provide, rather than an email... it will be much faster.

I had mine for a year... but when I went to re-activate for another year... I waited 2 weeks without a response, when I had problems.

How much is the re-activation thing? I thought it was a one pay deal.

support is not all that great. They want proof of purchase as well

Renewal is 12 months.

ok, well I still have like 8 months left to use before renewal LOL

So now after 2 Weeks i have my Answer from XPLODER SUPPORT they said "i would recommend returning the product to the seller for a refund."

So its now my Problem! Amazon dont refund opened Software! Wonderfull 20€ for nothing...
